REFUND AND WITHDRAW POLICY:
- A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the clinic begins.
- Event registration can be transferred to another participant.
- All event withdrawals or cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be subject to a 50% fee.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawals or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled activity.
- If you would like to transfer your registration to another event, it must be requested at least 72 hours before the start of the original event. Requests will be granted on a space-available basis.
